Energy and sustainability
DEALING CAREFULLY WITH OUR RESOURCES.
Increasing energy costs and the growing awareness of the environment necessitates us to pay more attention to heat insulation. More and more frequently houses are built with an energy efficiency of 85/100 [KWh/m²a] or at the standard of carbon-neutral houses. All these various requirements are covered by us in the CH.TROST GMBH planning process.
Registered with the Deutsche Energie-Agentur (german Energy Agency, DENA) we are authorised for both issuing energy performance as well as energy passports for residential and non-residential houses and advising both the builder and architect.

SiGeKo
DIE CH.TROST GMBH IST ZERTIFIZIERT FÜR DEN SIGEKO
Der SiGeKo ist der Sicherheits- und Gesundheits- Koordinator einer Baustelle.
Die Aufgaben eines SiGeKo sind in der Baustellenverordnung (BaustellV) geregelt.
Die Baustellenverordnung hat das Ziel, durch besondere Maßnahmen zu einer Verbesserung
von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz der Beschäftigten auf einer
Baustelle beizutragen. Beschäftigte im Baubereich sind im Vergleich zu anderen
Wirtschaftszweigen einem besonders hohen Unfall- und Gesundheitsrisiko ausgesetzt.
Besondere Gefahren auf Baustellen ergeben sich insbesondere daraus,
dass Arbeiten auf der Baustelle von Beschäftigten verschiedener Arbeitgeber gleichzeitig
oder nacheinander ausgeführt werden, was die Abstimmung der Arbeitgeber
für die zu treffenden Schutzmaßnahmen erheblich erschwert.
Auch sonstige auf der Baustelle Tätige, wie Unternehmer ohne Beschäftigte,
tragen zu den Gefahrenpotentialen auf der Baustelle bei.
Gerne führen wir die SiGeKo-Arbeiten auch für Ihr Bauvorhaben aus.
